  • All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.

3. Free Returns

  • Bevoic covers the cost of return shipping.
  • You will not be charged for returning your items.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@bevoic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Prepare Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Shipping Label: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Attach it to your package.
  5. Ship Package: Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet our return criteria.
  • Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–9 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: For a different item, please complete a return and then place a new order.
