1. When You Can Cancel
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships.
Once the order has been dispatched, our standard return and refund policy will apply.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bevoic.com.
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Acting quickly helps us prevent your package from leaving the warehouse.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved in time, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
4. Exceptions and Notes
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation. These products will be clearly marked during checkout.
- Refunds may take 5–9 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
